Pension Administration

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. will be utilizing Willis Towers Watson (“WTW”) to assist in pension administration beginning February 1, 2024.

Beginning February 1, 2024, employees should direct any questions or requests for pension information to the Pension Service Center at (855) 409-9588.  Beginning March 1, 2024, employees will have access to a participant website, where they can model customized pension estimates and review their data.

Transparency in Coverage Links for Cliffs Employees

They include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
