Thank you for your interest in Cleveland-Cliffs.  In addition to this general "Contact Us" form, there are options below to efficiently direct your questions to the correct parties.  

• Want to submit a RFQ or sales inquiry? Use our Sales Contact Form.
• Want to ask a community relations or sustainability question?  Submit it to a Cleveland-Cliffs Community Relations Representative through our Community Inquiry Form.
• Want to apply for a job or inquiry about your application? Visit our Careers site. Résumés or inquiries on job applications submitted through this form will not be answered.
• Want to submit an invoice?  Note that, at the present time, Cleveland-Cliffs has multiple invoicing systems across its operations -- please see our "For Suppliers" page for further details on correct invoice submission.  Invoices submitted through the "Contact Us" form or info@clevelandcliffs.com will not be entered into our AP system.
• Want to verify an employee? Cleveland-Cliffs has partnered with The Work Number from Equifax to provide employees with a method for verifying employment and income information with third-party companies. To verify employment, visit www.theworknumber.com and select “I’m a verifier.” Verifiers will need three pieces of information to receive verification: the employee name, the employee SSN, and the Employer Code, which can be obtained from the employee being verified.
