Cliffs Natural Resources Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0875 per common share. The cash dividend will be payable on March 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 16, 2010. This dividend rate is the same amount declared in the prior quarter when Cliffs returned its common share quarterly dividend to $0.0875 from $0.04 per share.
